The 16th International ISKO conference

The 16th International ISKO conference to be held in Aalborg 2020

Update concerning COVID-19 virus

We want to reach out to you to let you know that we are closely monitoring the developments in relation to the COVID-19 virus. So far, the Danish authorities has made travel and gathering restrictions until April 14.

We follow the developments closely and have also started to look into virtual formats to organize the conference. Together with the ISKO Executive Board we have decided that we follow the situation until April 20 when we will make the final decision concerning the format of the conference. It means that we postpone the datethat at least one of the paper authors should register for the conference to April 27. The proceedings will be published, and the deadline for the camera-ready version is still April 14th.

Few persons have already made registrations. Their registration fee will be refunded if we change the conference to a virtual format. The fee of a virtual conference will of course be lower.

Some of you have asked for invitation letters. We will send out letters when we know the format.

More information will follow over the next weeks. In the meantime, we wish for the health and well-being of all ISKO conference 2020 participants, your families, colleagues and students!

All the best,
The ISKO conference organizing team
