The 17th International ISKO Conference
The conference explores how knowledge organization can both draw upon and inform diverse disciplines and technological developments. It will also explore how best to combine theory and practice. The conference will consider practical solutions as well as the theory behind the design, development and implementation of knowledge organizing systems, ranging from controlled vocabularies, classification systems, metadata schemas through to ontologies and taxonomies.
